1. General

Cordlesstelephonecompany reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, and changes will take immediate effect.

We recommend all potential customers to read these terms and conditions in full, prior to making any purchases and that making such a purchase constitutes a full acceptance of our terms and conditions.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative and your card will not be debited until we have received a response from you, agreeing to any replacement.

2. Pricing

All prices are in UK pounds and include VAT but exclude delivery charges.

Products offered are subject to availability, and should a product be unavailable Cordlesstelephonecompany may offer an alternative product. No payment will be taken until confirmation is received that the alternative product is acceptable.

6 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product/s in their original condition including its original packaging and proof of purchase within 16 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Any returned product/s are the customers responsibility until receipted at Cordlesstelephonecompany therefore please take neccessary precautions when returning a product..

Terms

The product/s must be returned in the condition they were received, including all packaging and accessories.

A full refund will be made upon receipt of the product/s, as long as it is in the condition as defined above.

Any refund will be made to the total cost of your invoice including any delivery charge paid by the customer, but does not include any postage or packaging costs incurred in returning the product/s.

5. Delivery

‘Overseas’ under timescales ‘Various’ and under Price ‘POA’.

Deliveries will be made to any address in the UK, and will be delivered using either Royal Mail or Business Post, and a signature will be required (unless package can be posted through letterbox). Delivery charges as follows:

Free Delivery - Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge using standard delivery

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Courier Monday - Friday inclusive. Order placed by 1pm on Friday will be delivered Monday.

6. Guarantee - NEW

a. Replacement - Faulty products returned within 12 months from date of purchase accompanied with a copy of invoice will be replaced free of charge. Postage for returned product will not be refunded.

b. Refund Policy - We offer full refund (exc.P & P) for any product returned within 16 days and in original packaging.

7. Guarantee - REFURBISHED

c. Replacement - Faulty products returned within 3 months from date of purchase accompanied with a copy of invoice will be replaced free of charge. Postage for returned product will not be refunded.

d. Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds on refurbished products.

OUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

8. Returns

a.Contact us by either email

or telephone 0845-833-1134 and advise us of the reason for return.

b. Once given instructions to return the product, securely re –pack the product in original packaging and enclose proof of purchase (a copy of your order) or full details of your order including name, address, order number and contact details.

c. When returning your product, please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure the product arrives with us, therefore signed proof of receipt is recommended.

d. Once we have received your returned product, we will check the goods and action either a replacement or refund.

e. Note: CTC are responsible for the cost of replacing your faulty goods but will not refund your cost of post and packaging.
